Open the Myandbank app
Remember that you can’t use Bizum with a tablet or PC. If you don’t have it yet, download it for free from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Enter the Bizum menu, which you’ll find in the main toolbar, and sign up.

What is Bizum?
Bizum is a payment platform fully integrated within your Myandbank app which you can use to send and receive money instantly from your mobile phone, to and from Myandbank customers or to and from customers of any Spanish bank that has the service.
What services does it offer?
Bizum offers the incredible possibility of making immediate transfers to your friends, family or other contacts. It’s not at all complicated. All you need is the mobile phone number of the person to whom or from whom you want to send or request money.
Can I have Bizum in Myandbank and another bank at the same time?
You can only have Bizum in Andorra linked to your Myandbank account and Andorran mobile phone number.
What requirements must be met in order to use Bizum?
It’s very simple. To use Bizum, you only need to have an account at Myandbank and a mobile phone number.
How much does it cost to make a transfer through Bizum?
Sending and receiving money through Bizum is completely free.
How much money can I send through Bizum?
Each customer can send and receive a maximum of 60 payments via Bizum per month.
The amount of each Bizum payment cannot be greater than €1,000 or less than €0.50.
You can send or receive up to a maximum of €2,000 per day and €5,000 per month.
How long does it take for the money to reach the destination account with Bizum?
Less than 5 seconds! The money will arrive at the destination account immediately.
Can I Bizum someone who does not have this service?
If the transaction has already been completed and, therefore, the money has reached its destination, it is not possible to cancel it.
Is it safe to make payments with Bizum?
Completely! Making payments with Bizum is completely safe, as it offers the maximum security guarantees in accordance with the standards regulated by the European Union.
Can I make a Bizum to someone who does not have this service?
Yes, you just have to enter their mobile phone number and they’ll receive a message inviting them to join Bizum. You should, however, keep the following in mind:
- If your Bizum is to send money, the payment will be pending until your contact joins, at which point the transaction will be completed. Unfortunately, if recipient doesn’t join Bizum within two days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
- If your Bizum is to request money, your request will be pending until your contact joins, at which point the transaction will be completed. Unfortunately, if they don’t join Bizum within seven days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled.
